To raise money to support disadvantaged children and young people right here in the UK

Photobooths 4Events Ltd are teaming up with BT and are setting up a special Pudsey Photo Booth in an effort to raise money for BBC Children in Need. Money raised will go to support disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.

They are setting up a very special BBC Children in Need ‘Pudsey Bear Booth’ in the Intu shopping centre Watford and will be inviting shoppers have their picture taken in the booth with Pudsey in exchange for a donation (wigs, hats and comedy specs are optional). The event will be happening on Friday 7th November in the lower mall. Foks can go home with their photo memento of Children in Need 2014 and can also be entered into a prize draw to win their very own Pudsey Bear.

Photo Booths 4Events Ltd are an established photo booth company who have recently opened a new site in Watford. The business provides photo booth hire for all occasions; weddings, parties and corporate events. Having previously supported Cancer Research and Help for Heroes charities, they decided that this year was the turn of BBC Children in Need.

Speaking of their plans, Alan Cooper said; “It should certainly make for an unusual photo booth event. Although we have had experience running our photo booths at Crufts earlier in the year, so we are used to working with animals! We’ve had a great reaction from people so far, and would like to say a huge thank you to all those involved in the planning. We’d like to raise as much as possible though, so please do dig deep if you can! It’s a fantastic feeling to know we’re playing our part in helping children across the UK.”

If you can’t make it down to the Intu shopping centre in Watford this Friday to say ‘cheese’ with Pudsey,
donations are being accepted at: https://mydonate.bt.com/fundraisers/photobooths4events

BBC Children in Need works throughout the year to ensure that every child in the UK has a safe, happy and secure childhood, and the chance to reach their full potential. It relies on the energy and commitment of thousands of fundraising heroes and supporters across the UK, who donate their time and money to support the Appeal. Whether through cake sales, dance offs or treasure hunts, every penny of the money raised goes towards supporting projects across the UK.

Every single penny raised by BBC Children in Need goes directly to UK projects working with children and young people who may be affected by neglect, abuse or poverty, or those who have faced challenges in their lives such as serious illness, disabilities and psychological disorders.
